The Ars Nova Singers (www.arsnovasingers.org) kick off their 23rd season with the sounds of classical guitar and the passionate words of Spanish poet Federico Garcia Lorca. dramatic Romancero Gitano forges a new form of concerto for guitar with choral accompaniment, while Ariel Ramirez’ Misa Criolla blazes with the captivating rhythms of Latin America.
